How do I choose the right size?
Measure your dog, then compare those measurements with the size chart on your chosen product. For a harness, our guide shows you the four measurements to take. Between sizes or unsure? Email us your measurements before ordering.
How to measure your dogWhat is the harness made from?
Our harnesses are made with durable nylon webbing and sublimation-printed fabric. Worn on everyday walks by hundreds of dogs, and machine washable at 30°C after the muddy ones.
How do I order a custom-fit harness?
Choose your print, hardware colour and CUSTOM on the harness page. Follow our measuring guide and enter all four measurements in centimetres in the fields on that page, before adding to your basket. Your measurements stay with the harness in your order.

How to measure your dogCan I change my measurements after ordering?
Spotted a measurement you need to change? Email hello@mindthefluff.co.uk straight away with your order number and the corrected measurements. We’ll check whether the change is still possible before making any promises.
When will you send my order? Does custom take longer?
We dispatch all orders within 48 hours, including CUSTOM sizes. Standard UK delivery usually takes another 2–4 business days.
UK delivery is £3, or free on orders of £40 and up. International options and final charges depend on the delivery address.
Can I order from outside the UK?
Please email hello@mindthefluff.co.uk with your country and postcode before ordering. We can confirm whether we can deliver to you and the available delivery options.
How do I wash it after a muddy walk?
Mud happens. Our accessories are machine washable at 30°C. Follow any care instructions supplied with your item.
What if the fit isn’t right?
Email us before sending anything back. Unused standard-size items in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Custom-sized harnesses are made to your measurements, so we don’t accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on those. If there’s a fault or another problem with your custom order, get in touch so we can help.
